Practical questions.
How do I become a coach?
Create an account, choose the coach role, complete your profile and submit verification. Once verification is approved you can publish your first service.
Can I coach multiple games?
Yes. You can add several games to your profile and publish separate services with different prices for each of them.
Can I sell guides?
Yes. Guides are a separate product type. You write them once in the guide editor, set a price, and they stay available in the marketplace.
Can I offer only VOD reviews?
Yes. There is no requirement to offer live sessions. Publish only the service formats you want to deliver.
When do I receive payments?
Students pay when they book. The amount is held until the session or delivery is marked complete, then moves to your available balance and can be withdrawn from Payouts.
How does dispute resolution work?
If a student opens a dispute, both sides submit their side and any session evidence. Rada moderation reviews the case and decides on completion, partial or full refund.
Can I change prices?
Yes, at any time. Price changes apply to new bookings; already confirmed bookings keep the price the student agreed to.
Can I pause my profile?
Yes. You can pause individual services or set your whole profile to unavailable. Existing bookings stay intact and no new ones come in.
Do I need to stream?
No. Streaming is not required. You can coach over voice, screen share or written VOD feedback.
